Welcome to Fit 4 Force

Fit 4 Force provides progressive fitness training programmes, which incorporate a variety of ways to train. Our goal is to help you reach your goal! Our fitness training is designed for anyone who wants to improve or maintain current fitness levels, lose weight, train for a specific event or get fit 4 forces entry.

Fit 4 Force offers alternative outdoor training, which ensures the company’s own passion for fitness is passed onto others.

Several package options are available with the option of training once, twice or three times a week. Assessment sessions are included in some of our packages in order to monitor improvement.

Fit 4 Force is based in venues across the Huddersfield and surrounding area. All sessions are based outdoors and include a variety of different exercises and training techniques. Different training types include interval training, resistance training and speed and agility training.

Fit 4 Force is ideal for both Males and Females of all fitness levels.

Ideal pre-force fitness training for Army, Navy, RAF, Fire Service & Police.

The minimum age is 16 and a pre-exercise questionnaire (PAR-Q) must be completed prior to training.
